WE ARE RECAPTURING OUR COUNTRY FROM THE TREACHEROUS HANDS OF THE FINANCIAL OLIGARCHS!

I say We because all of your voices have been added through the generosity and editing skills of my friend who changed it from my forceful "strike the hammer while the iron is hot style, to her fly like a butterfly sting like a bee approach. --- Don't you all just love her?

This is the motion to Append the complaint, which is a petition to The Court to change this lawsuit from one brought by me individually on behalf of The People to a lawsuit brought by The People themselves without a spokesperson.

Can I promise that our motion will be granted? No. But one thing is for sure, simply by filing this petition a large stone will be dropped into the pond of the financial crisis that has felled our great country. The echoing concentric circles will ripple around the world, raising such a stir the national medias may pick it up.

I say, it may not be this specific case that brings us relief from oppression. But high powered class-action attorneys are watching. They, even better than we, know how deep are the pockets of our finance industry opponents. Let them read this! The lawyers. Help may come from the lawyers. Help may come from the media who see commercial profit in publicizing our courageous lawsuit.

If you are a resident of America who has been affected by the financial crisis. A catastrophe of massive proportions that continues to wreak havoc in our economy, our employment and income earning opportunities, our own and our children's future, and literally threaten the very roofs over our heads. You do not have to be facing possible or certain foreclosure of your home to speak out and demand attention be paid to the fraud and crimes that are the root of the downturn of our country. This lawsuit is FOR and BY all Americans. Let's speak out and be heard. Add your name. Add your voice.

Personally, I have two foreclosure cases pending in the federal court in Boston. One against my lender and this case here. This case is separate and apart from my own personal foreclosure case. This case will have no bearing on my own personal foreclosure case.

This case is in front of The Honorable Judge Douglas P. Woodlock. I have found him to have ears open to the music of justice. Importantly, he wears prominently his blindfold of justice. Let those ears not be filled only with the quiet voice of a few. Let us fill those ears with the crowd cry of millions seeking justice in a country which purports to be a democracy, with three branches of government to provide checks and balances upon each.

Let THIS be the new "shot heard 'round the world".
