Supporting, Informing & Connecting People in Foreclosure

An American Tragedy

American homes that have been foreclosed upon in the past 4 years. A major portion, of which, have been wrongfully foreclosed upon. This in itself is An American Tragedy.

The homes I am speaking of were all foreclosed upon by Pretender Lenders. Pretender Lenders are those who gave you a mortgage but did not put forward any of the money to fund the loan, your cash out... The loans were all bundled into pretty packages that were then ‘Traded’ on Wall Street. When something is traded on Wall Street, there are ‘Investors’ who buy these pretty packages. The Investors are the real Lenders. And they also got screwed out of their funds when the system crashed in Sept. 08’.

When you have a mortgage document that appears in your mailbox and it reads, “ABC services your home loan”, They are not the REAL Lender and do not have the power to force you to pay nor do they have the right to foreclose.

You must do your own education. You must not leave your homes. Even under threat of foreclosure you have rights. Ask the Pretender Lender who is the Noteholder? Call your Attorney General, ask for any assistance you can. Search online.

Just stop leaving your homes.
