Since my last blog, our world has been turned upside down. No, we didn't lose the house, but my dear, wonderful, soul mate was diagnosed with liver cancer. This last month, there has been alot of crying, soul searching, and finally, acceptance of what God has planned for us both.

After the second hospitalization, and ten hours in the ER, waiting on a room, that I had been selfish, by not wanting hospice in our home. Because I was afraid and not ready to accept Gods will.

I always thought that losing our house would be the worst, but I realized since Nov.20th, that this house is nothing, without the family who lives in it.

I wonder what is everyone opinion on somthing I found strange.

Orgin. lender went into chapter 11 in 2007. In case files of this chapter 11, is a claim by the Trust that was closed in Sept 2006, and the claim was allowed in the amount of $900,000.00 in 2010 by bankrupcy chapter 11 trustee of the court. So, would not a assignment done to this trust, not be done through Bankupcy court of the Orgin Lender? Furthermore, how does a trust that is closed be owed so much money years later?…

This is the advice we also received in court yesterday, barter! Yep, offer some chickens to the lawyer to see if he will take your case!  I forgot to add this to yesterday blog, but remembered more of what he said, when having a talk with my mother!

Today, went to support a friend of 40 years, in summary judgment hearing in Brevard county. 

Well, it went just the way I thought it would, you have 90 days to get out!

One man there, had flown in for his hearing from up north, and his lawyer wasn't there, he had hired to defend him. Not sure how his case turned out, we left before it. After reading other web-sites about principal reduction offers, mostly out of CA, wondering how many of us in Florida have been successful with this program?

Called a lawyer last week, and finally spoke to them by phone.

Explained to the young lady, about our home, and we were NOT WALKING AWAY, and  we want someone to help us fight for our home.

Of, course we discuss attorney fees, etc.  Then she says to me, we have never lost a case! Well, my reply was to ask, how this lawyer has never lost a case?

She replies we do in Deed in Lieu of.

Well, four years after we asked for a modification of our loan, today we received a NEW GOVERMENT MODIFICATION PROGRAM! Wow! a significant principal reduction !

The only problem is now we owe them 40,000. more on the orginal principle! Seriously, this has to be a joke?  What was the problem four years ago, in 2008, when we were denied any kind of modification?

Well, guess I will hire a lawyer for this, no way I trust BOA, on anything! We'll see!

In Sept. of 2011, I shared a story of a family forclosure, and the ramifcations it has caused the family, especially two young children.

Just recently, I was informed about the two children, that were taking from their mother and father because of them being homeless, due to forclosure.

They have been in some kind of non-profit group home in Palm Bay, a good thiry miles from their parents.

Yesterday, after 7 months, after the bank dismissed it own case, they filed and assignment of mortgage, that was not in the 2009 suit.

I am thankful for everyone's help on Hamlet over the last three years.

I am thankful that our family has decided, not to shop Black Friday at Walmart or Target, not interested in "Made in China" or taking way from American's family time.

Over the last six months or more, we have received letters from BOA stating many out and out lies from this bank.

 1. We have received your finanical papers concerning your request for modifcation, and you don't qualify for HAMP program.

OUR REPSPONSE, the last paper work we sent was back in 2009.  So, they have answered three years later?

I am updating my blog about the family, whose family lost their home in foreclosure.

Well, just got off the phone with a family's friend, and she has informed me that this past Monday, the children of the homeless family was taken from their parents.

Many years this simple family home held, as many homes are, a multi generational home. A family home, that has been past down through a couple generation.  Were many a grand time was held by all, at holidays and birthdays, and the birth of two grandchildren.
