This reporter has been on the whole fraudclosure story since the Oregon legislature had a fraudclosure debacle early this year with an industry attempt to legalize MERS Fraudclosures.
We heard of another story of a Florida quadraplegic man being evicted from his handicap friendly home in another BoA fraudclosure. This man & his family seem likely to lose their home.

If the wrong lender foreclosed, the rightful lender couldn't turn around and foreclose on the new buyers. Borrowers who lose their homes couldn't get them back, but only seek damages if a lender wrongly foreclosed.
