Apparently Trial Court Judges Do Have Authority to Issue Across The Board Orders Even Affecting Uncontested Cases
Honorable Judge Michael Gates in Broward County, Florida issued a order stopping all foreclosure sales during the 2010 winter holidays. This order pertains to all cases, contested or not! This is an amazing breakthrough for Florida!
EUREKA!!!! Judges are not hopelessly and powerlessly beholden to do the bidding of banks who have perjured, defrauded, and unjustly enriched themselves!
