A couple of years ago, Judge Sigmund issued a 58 page scathing decision blasting the law firm and LPS in a bankruptcy proceeding.  In this decision, Judge Sigmund detailed how cases are assigned to local attorneys through a desktop software named NewTrack.  She also detailed the breakdown in communication between LPS, the foreclosing entity, inexperienced local counsel and general counsel.

Both of these institutions are guilty of tens of millions of fraudulent land records polluting our courts and registers across America.  For one to blame and sue the other is either collusive or arrogance of the highest magnitude.

Remember as you read this - FRAUDCLOSURE & ROBOSIGNING IS SIMPLY THE NATURAL EVOLUTION OF SECURITIZATION FAIL!

The attached letter was sent to a homeowner who is not in foreclosure.  It was sent by BoA using USPS private mail possibly to avoid mail fraud claims if US Mail had been used.

It suggests that the homeowner's situation has been evaluted and the best option would be to pack up, call a moving truck, and short sell her property.
