My Experience Down at Local Police Department- filing report

All- even though it was a bit of an ordeal...i got the police report ID# and my files is going to be sent for investigation.  SO--I strongly encourage each of you to file a police report with your local PD (fraud, fraudulent recordings etc).  If they can't deal with it, they will send it on to a task force.

I gave just minimal information and told them I have court cases in multiple courts.

Here is my experience.

Just got back…

SIGN PETITION: Fraud, Foreclosure, and Homeowners

Scores of homeowners do not contest foreclosures because:

1. They don't have knowledge of the law in order to recognize which aspects of foreclosure are legally challengeable or even fraudulent.

2. Even those who identify wrongdoing, lack funds to pay for attorneys to represent them.

3. Homeowners are told to come to foreclosure auctions with money that they do not have, so they stay away from foreclosure auctions. …

The Book Banks and Fannie Hope You Won’t Read If Underwater - A MUST READ!

Brent White, a law professor at the University of Arizona explains why you should not feel guilty or anxious about walking away from your home if it is underwater. I have had email correspondence with this guy in the past. He is a smart person. It may be good for your family, your career and your retirement. Strategic Default ain't necessarily a bad thing.

I pulled his B10 and another filing he signed from PACER, which is the portal to all federal cases.

These have his real true signature.…

The horrors that we would hold attorney responsible for false foreclosure complaints

Funny thing I saw tonight on the chat - a letter from Shapiro & Fishman to the Florida Supreme Court complaining about them being responsible for fraudulent foreclosure complaints. Funny thing is, that has always been there, so these 'changes' are more of a smokescreen to give the appearance they are addressing the problems, when in reality they are not. But a side note, read between the lines of what they wrote in reply to the Florida Supreme Court 'changes'- THEY DO NOT KNOW WHO OWNS THE… Continue
