All- even though it was a bit of an ordeal...i got the police report ID# and my files is going to be sent for investigation.  SO--I strongly encourage each of you to file a police report with your local PD (fraud, fraudulent recordings etc).  If they can't deal with it, they will send it on to a task force.

I gave just minimal information and told them I have court cases in multiple courts.

OK--I got creative and found that Stephen L. Nagy or Steve L. Nagy (formerly VP of Records Management for both New Century Mortgage and Home123 Corp) who signed so many assignments and notes, had declared bankruptcy in 1999 in a Calif. Federal Bkr Court.



I pulled his B10 and another filing he signed from PACER, which is the portal to all federal cases.

Funny thing I saw tonight on the chat - a letter from Shapiro & Fishman to the Florida Supreme Court complaining about them being responsible for fraudulent foreclosure complaints.
