Just wondering if someone can explain how to locate a securitized trust.  Thru the MERS website, found out that my CA Litton/Ocwen loan has US Bank as a Trustee.  How do you find the actual Trust when all you know is that Litton/Ocwen is the past/current service provider.  The only Assignment after the fact is to Litton.  In the meantime, a QWR has been sent requesting this information but we know they will probably not respond.
