PNC-Letter to warn I will fight foreclosure

this is an email I am preparing to send to PNC and the attorney that is handling the foreclosure, I would appreciate any input

Today's article: in Long Beach, Ca homeless people gathered in front of the bank that disposessed them for Thanksgiving lunch together.

We might do something like that here...? Perhaps when it's not a holidiay so there would be staff at the bank...? Though it was a great symbolic gesture!

HELP!California-EX PARTE HEARING RE STAYING DEFAULT JUDGMENT AND EVICTION ORDER DENIED.

Was never served thus a Default Judgement against me was filed. My attorney filed the above motion. Judge denied it and set eviction and lockout. Mom is currently living with me due to medical issues. All of those issues were state in the Ex Parte.

The eviction was brought by a 3rd party who purchased my property at an auction sale.

Substitution of Deed was done after NOD.

Robo-signors all over my Foreclosure documents.
