Poetic Justice (Not foreclosure related)

Back in December 2008, Republic Windows, a unionized Chicago factory shut it's doors. Booted out without any notice were the factory workers, many of whom had been loyally working for this company for 10-20 years.

The economy was tanking in a free fall. These workers, mostly young men with families to support, were dumped unceremoniously, without any warning, facing loss of their income, benefits, health insurance, etc. Let's not forget it was right before the holidays. Some of these… Continue

Friday at the Courthouse

At the courthouse file room today I, once again, reviewed my file. I highly recommend everyone do that periodically because I found some documents attached to Plaintiff’s pleadings that were not attached to the copies I received in the mail.

The second “copy” of the note (differing from the first “copy of the note”) had white out lines on the bottom of page 1 & 3, small half inch lines of white out tape. They covered up a loan number. The white out was slightly raised, as I could… Continue

Wells Fargo: Who are they and why did they have the power to deny a solution to my mortgage?

Florida Supreme Court (Lions), bona fide Attorneys (Tigers), and Reporters (Bears)....OH MY!

I've been busy having a little chat with the Honorable Justices of the Florida Supreme Court, talking to and emailing with Reporters and Foreclosure Defense attorneys, and trying to work on my ever increasing case load of imminently homeless Foreclosees.
