A couple of years ago, Judge Sigmund issued a 58 page scathing decision blasting the law firm and LPS in a bankruptcy proceeding.  In this decision, Judge Sigmund detailed how cases are assigned to local attorneys through a desktop software named NewTrack.  She also detailed the breakdown in communication between LPS, the foreclosing entity, inexperienced local counsel and general counsel.

I live in Florida. I ran across something on sunbiz.org. Mers, Inc. has never filed an annual report. How are they getting away with this? Any ideas?

 Let me see if I understand this correctly.  If the Federal Government owns Fannie Mae, then it's the feds who are continuing to foreclose on the American Families Homes! 

Please tell me if I stand corrected...
