Well, it went just the way I thought it would, you have 90 days to get out!

Foreclosure defense is a relatively new “booming” area of practice for defense attorneys now in many states that require judicial foreclosure proceedings in order for a Bank to regain your home. Of course, this is the natural result of a country consumed by predatory banking practices that were fueled by the greed of our country’s biggest banking institutions. Someone needs to defend David, because Goliath has plenty of lawyers and plenty of your money to pay them with.

documents signed by a attorney that was disbarted in 8-9-2007 in the state of NC.
So this individual signed legal papers after being disbarted and no one did see this ???????

I have Washington mutual doc where cindy riley stamped signiture is almost identical to cynthia riley? she stamps it as vice president of Washington mutual. I need to know for the record for this to be legal was she to have had to stamp the original mortgage that was scanned and filed in court when mortgage was taken out?
