We have a right to know who we are in 'bed' with for 30+ years . . .

We need to know exactly who it is we are in 'bed' with for 30 years - we have a right to know who it is that has access to our proprietary information - for all we know the 'investors' could be an elaborate scheme of terrorists with money invested in American homes and one day we'll wake up to see our homes turned into terrorists cells and safe houses - imagine - all this so called protection of privacy of the…

Deadbeat or Not? You Decide! (Part II)

Again, let's revisit that "deadbeat borrower" stigma again. The pervasive yet hollow-toned propaganda aimed at diverting attention from the real perpetrators of the biggest scam in the history of the world by blaming the family whose scheming ways had them planning… Continue

Deadbeat or not? You decide.

Florida Default Law Group filed this foreclosure case based on a defaulted, lost promissory note, but a "true copy" was attached to the complaint.

Keeping in mind that I am not an attorney, is there a legal basis for deeming an unsigned note a negotiable instrument secured by a mortgage?

I know the banks are all gung ho on "aggressive redeeming of collateral". I have learned that…

Dear Chief Judge #3

Hello Judge Blanc,

Here are two items that speak to the issues we are discussing! I understand your position is that these issues should be handled solely by law enforcement. Perhaps the following may pique your interest in a professional debate where you may be willing to consider an alternate approach taken by some of your colleagues in the judicial branch.

1) Attached transcript of a hearing… Continue

TOXIC DISCHARGE TUTORIAL

A simple search of OR records for Discharge of Mortgage (or Satisfaction of Mortgage Documents) recorded from MERS. This is just one of many that are being submitted by a company that is not licensed in any of the 50 states to do business as a "lender." So what interest do they have in discharging & why aren't they listed as a Plaintiff? & the whole lost note thing is BOGUS as well!…

Other monsters in the Sea

Another area that should be investigated in the foreclosure mill process is the "process serving" Mills such as ProVest LLC.

I worked at ProVest for 7 months a few years ago, as jobs are scarce. There were some issues there of some of the servers just "drop serving" the summons, (just leaving at the door and saying they gave it directly) or Sewer serves, (saying it was served and they never even left at the door). A few borrowers obtained…

Homeowner foreclosed on but doesn't know it , until I show her the court case filed against her

Yesterday, 5-22-2010 while talking to one of my neighbors and his sister, the question came up to me if I knew why someone would be living in a house she owned in Orlando, could they be squatters or could she have been foreclosed on without her knowing ? She had stated that her son,his wife and 2 children had been living in the house making the payments until he could no longer make the payments, she had taken out the mortgage with BOA, and OCWEN was the servicer that the payments were sent…

Scathing inditement of fraud in the financial industry

The complexity of the mortgage finance sector before the crisis

highlights another characteristic marker of fraud. In the system that

developed, the original mortgage documents lay buried – where they

remain – in the records of the loan originators, many of them since

defunct or taken over. Those records, if examined, would reveal the

extent of missing documentation, of abusive practices, and of fraud. So

far, we have only very limited evidence on this, notably a… Continue

The Title Search

THE TITLE SEARCH

A New Orleans lawyer sought an FHA loan for a client. He was told the loan would be granted if he could prove satisfactory title to a parcel of property being offered as collateral.

The title to the property dated back to 1803, which took the lawyer three months to track down. After sending the information to the FHA, he received the following reply (actual letter):

"Upon review of your letter adjoining your client's loan application, we note… Continue
