I am astounded here on Foreclosure Hamlet. The more I think about my blog yesterday, and a back-and-forth set of comments on someone else's blog about originals, it really has bothered me and I must question each and every one of you, especially the more experienced ones fighting foreclosure here on Foreclosure Hamlet for longer periods of time.
Each one of you either knows, or has seen forgeries, fraudulent documents, falsified affidavits, and all these other manufactured documents… Continue

OF YOU ACCEPT THIS??? This is FRAUD, plain and simple! It is beyond my comprehension. I don't care if the ink is black, blue, purple, red, orange, HOW DO YOU KNOW with 100% CERTAINTY it is the… Continue

Funny thing I saw tonight on the chat - a letter from Shapiro & Fishman to the Florida Supreme Court complaining about them being responsible for fraudulent foreclosure complaints. Funny thing is, that has always been there, so these 'changes' are more of a smokescreen to give the appearance they are addressing the problems, when in reality they are not. But a side note, read between the lines of what they wrote in reply to the Florida Supreme Court 'changes'- THEY DO NOT KNOW WHO OWNS THE… Continue

I recently found an article that I think will help explain things to the newcomers here, and even some of the more experienced. Even I, having been fighting a fraudulent foreclosure for over two years knew some of this, but it put things together really well!
It came from the site Foreclosure Defense Nationwide. I highly recommend the experienced and novice visit the website, they frequently have good and informative articles, case law citations, and just plain good information. The… Continue

Oh, how much love you. You. I waited many years for the experience of parenthood. Then suddenly, there you were. Here you are! Here WE are!
Three years ago, I labored for almost 24 hours to bring you out into the world. That plan didn't go so well as you, having played the role of "hostile participant", know and fully experienced. But hey, I gave it my best shot.
But that night. Oh that night...
I lay with the fetal heart rate… Continue

It's tough not to conclude that, whoever is at fault, Lehman Brothers got away with scamming investors about its financial state until the New York-based investment bank hobbled into bankruptcy court on Sept. 15, 2008. • How did the firm hide so much for so long? Consider these Top 10 Ways to Pull a Lehman, inspired by bankruptcy examiner Anton R. Valukas' 2,200-page tome of travesty, released last… Continue

I have seen it before, and just saw it again today. I have argued with some, others make their comments and move on. But when I see the comments about deadbeat borrowers (funny thing is we are really the lenders not borrowers) not paying their mortgages, and that these are tricks, stall tactics, should go to jail, and just about everything else you can imagine, I must respond. First, did you know and realize that foreclosures are EXTREMELY profitable to the banks. They are NOT losing ANY money… Continue

Court-ordered mediation was pitched as a faster and easier way to ease Florida's mortgage crisis. But it's turning out to be neither fast nor easy.
Faced with the task of setting up a program largely from scratch, Pinellas and Pasco counties won't start offering foreclosure mediation until June 1 at the earliest. Hillsborough County has… Continue

At least that is what I call it ---and here is why to do it, why it is important, and what I am talking about.
More than once now in my case, documents have been lost. One set of filings turned up three weeks later. As many of us have heard, attorneys have paid off clerks to have papers disappear (imagine such unethical practices of an attorney - sorry, forgive my sarcasm) and clearly destroy or damage files. So, I went to the clerks office to get a certified printout copy of the… Continue

As no surprise to the many of you that have been investigating fraudulent assignments of mortgages, false affidavits, and the like, my "assignment of mortgage" involved Bethany Hood. Like many here, I started my own investigation into her, and discovered many titles in many states and 'banks.' If you can add any with documentation, I would love to hear from you to add to my timeline.
This is what I have so far. . . … Continue
