With all the forgeries and fraud - WHY does ANYONE accept foreclosure documents filed in the cases

I am astounded here on Foreclosure Hamlet. The more I think about my blog yesterday, and a back-and-forth set of comments on someone else's blog about originals, it really has bothered me and I must question each and every one of you, especially the more experienced ones fighting foreclosure here on Foreclosure Hamlet for longer periods of time.

The horrors that we would hold attorney responsible for false foreclosure complaints

Funny thing I saw tonight on the chat - a letter from Shapiro & Fishman to the Florida Supreme Court complaining about them being responsible for fraudulent foreclosure complaints. To all the deadbeat 'borrowers' facing foreclosure

I have seen it before, and just saw it again today. I have argued with some, others make their comments and move on. Do you 'lock your docket'?

At least that is what I call it ---and here is why to do it, why it is important, and what I am talking about.

More than once now in my case, documents have been lost. One set of filings turned up three weeks later. As many of us have heard, attorneys have paid off clerks to have papers disappear (imagine such unethical practices of an attorney - sorry, forgive my sarcasm) and clearly destroy or damage files.
