My plaintiff's only evidence for a two year case for foreclosing was an endorsed Original Note ,and Mortgage ...that's it.!!!!

After 6 months of success with the "show me the note" defense, the banks attorney has offered a written promise to not pursue a deficiency judgement if will will allow them to foreclose.
We are dealing with a pretender lender on a securitized mortgage.
