Flip a coin: Heads, the Bank wins, Tails, the homeowner, loses!

Need I say anymore than that? Of course, fight as long as you can, write to as many officials as possible. Do all you are able. In the end, you may just be one of the "lucky ones" who wins a case. I am still fighting even after being pummeled right and left.

Quick Update on my case here in CA:

We were denied our "Emergency Stay Request" (pending the outcome of the appeal) just this morning. What's with these CA courts? Its "par for the courts...I mean the course" if you ask me! We're not done with the appeal, nor future actions. This just throws a major wrench in the gears. Here in CA, we don't stand much of a chance if we are not able to file BK...and even then, its a long shot!

Allen West, R-District 22, Florida, had his first townhall meeting in Deerfield Beach this week. He is one of many congressmen who have had little, if any stance on the crisis despite being elected because of it. I decided to see if he would clarify his position.
