www.findyournote.com I was part of the development team. This is a simple combo letter of debt validation and confirmation of the debt that every mortgage owner should send to their servicer. If you know the "true holder" of the note, then you can find out if they have a valid chain of title (by checking back through the land registry). If Fannie Mae says they own your loan, you could have a 50/50 chance that you may own your home free and clear.
