TERRORIZED LIKE JESSE JAMES, KATIE O’HARA, JAMES N. BURNES, JOHN C. CALHOUN, ABE LINCOLN, AND LOUIS HAX

In an attempt to stop the largest financial crisis our country has seen in quite sometime I made an attempt to stop the crisis from HAPPENING.

People have to be told the TRUTH! What I’ve uncovered is enough to make heads spin. After living a life of near poverty I find out I come from a family of bankers! The family was very wealthy at one point in time. While I haven’t been able to put together all the pieces I know they had several different businesses. Even a National Bank! What actually ended up happening to all the businesses whether grocery, banking, or cattle is unknown at this time.

What can be verified is three of the original four members of the bank have probably been murdered or mysteriously died. The members of this bank were well known people in the early 1900’s. Census records have attempted to blur and change the real names in the family I’m from. I know because I know the real members names.

This was done by doing genealogy searches on members of the family. Along with research on some of the main business partners of one of the main principal’s in the businesses. This just adds to the suspicion that I had every reason to fear for my life. Besides the story I have to tell of my experience in trying to stop the mayhem our country lives with today.

These people were well known in their day. They were Vice Presidents, Electors, Colonels, Attorneys, Revenue Collector’s, Furniture Manufactures, and probably more. Even some of the most respected attorneys. I won’t be surprised to find a dead judge next. You have to understand just how mind blowing all of this is. It was out of Love that all of this began. I never could of expected what I found and who some of the players are. I’m just dumbfounded. Like the manager said I would be in one of his threats against me. This means that somehow he knew back then what I never have known my whole life.

This information could just make me the next dead banker. Now just to figure out whom the rest of the players are. In an attempt to stick up for myself and every American I unintentionally ended up trying to sue a Chief District Court Bankruptcy Judge. When your attorney Lies to you about what you know the law to be, they tend to not stick up for you anymore, when you catch them lying to you.

People have to know there is a Mafia Cartel operating in our court rooms. People have to be warned that regular people, attorney or judge that you could be next with this group of people surrounding this whole nightmare. These are the biggest money handlers in the world! If they want you gone your HISTORY! With no real EXPLANATION! To the Attorney Generals get REAL!

I like every other AMERICAN have ONE LIFE TO LIVE! I will speak for the GOOD OF OUR COUNTRY! If I die I am making my story known so people know where to find the real culprits that have brought this country to its knees. Don’t think that any of the companies mentioned below don’t’ know what they’ve done. They have minions carry out their dirty work. We have to bring these people to light! Where’s the Court Order from the judge to verify just who did touch the documents after given to the court clerk? People allowed to refuse proper representation, or remove court documents from the record abuse our Due Process within courts make it an evil world to live in. Judges that allow such activity should be removed from the bench.

This isn’t a threat to any individual this is history showing the true colors of what started so long ago. There are very evil self righteous people who will do whatever they can to prevent you from having a way to support your family adequately. There are attorneys getting by lying to employees about what their contracts hold with their clients. There are state unemployment offices automatically siding with employers instead of doing a job to prevent such financial disasters. There are whistleblower statutes that haven’t been followed. With so many entities refusing to do a job their employed to do who is one to turn to? The last choice is a judge.

I was always taught the Truth is what is supposed to be told in such an establishment. To allow removal of court documents means the judge who did such should be investigated. Yet they refuse to do so.

There are judges and attorneys who participated in several cases and acted with bias with the evidence in front of them. They INTENTIONALLY let homeowners lose their home and refuse to do an adequate job! In my one case alone the following entities have shown they will allow anything to happen to a homeowner who tries to do right at all costs with nothing available but CORRUPTION at the highest levels in our country.

I have every reason to believe that the following people were probably murdered by the banking cartel elite. You’ll notice research will show that these members died mysteriously.

The only thing that I found in common is that they were all principal members of the Schuster-Hax National Bank. I have done some reading. I can understand why some may have wanted Calhoun dead if he tried to keep slavery in effect. He also was close friends with Abe Lincoln. Wonder if that has something to do with it?


Then in one case I know James N. Burnes represented a railroad case that in a Railroad Company wanted to be compensated because they won the verdict. But payment of $2m was refused because the railroad already owned the U.S. Government $60m.

On Louis Hax not much was found. But I’m sure it has something to do with the bank. The principal left that wasn’t murdered was a Schuster. It’s hard to go back 130 yrs and see why things happened the way they did. From what I find not all of them were overall corrupt. They helped build railroads with their own wealth. Built YMCA’s, benevolent homes, had charity raisings for the hospitals on the railroads.

There’s so much to tell…The way Jesse James got involved is that he shot my great great grandfather back in the day. Katie O’Hara is who my great grandfather put down with the Social Security Administration as my great great grandmother.

Now is this who she really was? Or is that to tell us that he was behind “GONE WITH THE WIND” somehow? Another movie uses her name as Katie (Howard) O’hara. Which why would they put Howard between O’hara if you didn’t know anything about my family? Not to mention the writer of the story lived in New Mexico like my great great grandparents did. Also notice Sidney Coe Howard was killed after writing “Gone with the Wind” for the movies? Is there a relation to my great grandfather to this? Not to mention we have every reason to believe my great great grandfather was murdered as a night watchman for the railroad in 1933 right before the banker’s holiday. He was rear ended by a hit and run driver on duty.

My great grandfather was known nationally. I have reasons to believe that he put us into hiding because of either the government or the mafia. Either way the judge not doing his job may just endanger my whole family because of how they operate. With CRIMINAL INTENTIONS! ONLY IN AMERICA!

Thank You THIEVES! Steal someone else’s home besides someone who has a way to pay their bills. Just because you won’t make anyone do proper business don’t blame us when we can’t pay them!
By the way the new banking product we’ve invented has been replied to with it’s the best product the mortgage market has seen in years! See all could have been resolved if judges, politicians, and attorneys believed in HONEST BUSINESS for all! Instead of theft, deception and corruption at all levels! Wonder how long before they remove documents in a case try 30 days or less.

My attorney is like good luck getting an attorney since you tried to sue a Sr. District Court Bankruptcy Judge. Well dam let me STEAL HIS HOUSE!! Let me write settlements that possibly should be null and void now because of lies lies lies!
