http://www.realtytrac.com August 1, 2011 I received a notice saying Fannie Mae now owns my home. So I sent out a QWR and request my Note (both cert mail) to the address on the notice attn: Roy Smith. The gentlemen who said if I had any questions or concerns to contact him.

Let me see if I understand this correctly. If the Federal Government owns Fannie Mae, then it's the feds who are continuing to foreclose on the American Families Homes!

As of 8-1-11 Fannie Mae now owns my loan. Fannie Mae has now taken my loan over from Bank of America and gave me a Ten day notice, with options, I'm sure you know.

I'm located in Sac, Ca. I've lived in this home sense 1999. Refinanced in 2007 with Countrywide. Fannie Mae, Mers, Bank of America, WMI. This is the second time the lenders have foreclosed on me. First time I filed bankruptcy.
