Thank you mark, I didn't realize my full name was going to be showing. So I have changed it. And being from SD, I am finding it difficult to find an attorney that is willing to help me with this, so learning a lot from this site to work through this myself.

Hi Mark-you asked in chat about Securitization-someone answered the Note becomes a Certificate....perhaps it will be easy to see what they did in a chart I posted on Bifurcation. Whether you have the bank in the illustration or not, just substitute almost any banks name. As you prob are aware MERS-Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. separated the Note & Mortgage to avoid Recording Fees. Check out my blog-hope it helps.
