What I do is help people solve their problems with foreclosure by either helping them fight the bank and have an attorney check out thier paperwork or by helping them refinance thru Nations Funding in which does Fha, Reverse mortgages, Conventional or we try to work out a loan mod if the people can afford to stay in the home and lower their payment and in some cases lower the balance due on the mortgage.
