- How many months have you tried to work with your unresponsive loan servicer?
- I have been trying to work out a loan modification for 5 months, and received a default judgement in nov 11, and then I filed ch 13 bk. I have not made a payment on the mortgage since last june 11. now, I am wondering what to do? my bk lawyer is a run of the mill kinda guy he is not up for anything other than what he has been doing for the last 5 years.
