This is from a recent post on this webiste:
"If they do not carry successor liability, there can be no liability to BofA by the homeowners. Think of how many fraudulent foreclosures have occurred in the last few years, based on the judiciary making false assumptions as to BofA’s successor interests in Countrywide, and allowing foreclosures to occur. This is on top of the robo-signing of false documents in the first place."

Thanks for your message. I have hired a good attorney and we have just filed a PJR. Waiting for the response from Chase. I will definitely call your auditor as I know my loan was securitized and I believe expert wittness will help.
Can you please send me your info on MERS. I am knee-deep in the MERS mess.
