my property is located in Lee county Lehigh Acres. property was sold to another homeowner for 89,000. alledged loan amount 217,000. Lender's attorney stated in court back on 9/14/2009 they were the lenders attorney, I told the court they were debt collectors . Judge favored lenders so called attorney. At that time I hired an attorney back on June 2009. However, attorney did absolutely nothing to the case. I lost both properties Va and Fl. I filed a complaint with D.C .Bar Association he has 20 compalints against and worst of all he was not license to conduct law in Va and Fl.

yes the indian!!! this stealing of property has been happening since the indians i totally forgot!!! the dutch bought Manhattan for 24$. except one difference the banks didnt even put up any money for our properties so they want them free. thank god for lisa and Michael and your help of course. if not for all of you we would not be in the know and still thought the banks had all the power.
i do have some questions i could use some help. i have hired stopa law group but was only called by his intake paralegal in nov/dec we played phone tag since i work mon-fri 8-430. when he did call me i was planning on calling him back during my christmas vacation to set up a consultation with a lawyer. well things moved quickly my lis was filed dec 16, so by 12/23 i was inthe office paying my retainer, then by 12/27 i was served.
i hand delivered my package 12/30. i live in the tampa bay area. well the paralegal emails me like i have spoken to a lawyer and all is cool. i have not. it was an emergency situation. i only had the 20 days. what do i do. i emailed and told her i never spoke to a lawyer. i hope she sets something up for me.
also 2 things i have a forged note. they used a recent signature which does not include my middle intitial when the note is typed using my middle initial and that is ow i signed the mortgage? you can also see the zig zags with out glasses close up any advice? also the endorsement is a rubber stamp signature of a Joan M Mills. is there any thing on her. its one thing to have to face a foreclosure but its another to have to prove forged documents. i guess you can say welcome to the CLUB.
