"Robert, I'm confused. You say you're in CA but you've been served with papers in a judicial state. CA is non-judicial, unless the foreclosure sale has already happened and the lender is trying to evict you (unlawful detainer)…"

The court ruled against me before I filed BK, so I am struggling quite a lot in my CH 7 BK, although it has dragged on for8 months. I appealled all the way to the CA Supreme Court. Got nowhere. BK is the only thing that has kept me in my home. I don't know how to upload docs here.
