Just wanted to let all of you know that we are still in our home. Ocwen doesn't really care -- they just want their money and my son is trying to find a way to work it. It's slow going but we are still here. Most of our stuff is moved out…

THANK YOU ALL -- the reason I am not responding immediately is because I am at a trade show with my husband this weekend. This is what he does and on the weekends (after working all week) I help him. Signing something and saying "with prejudice - under duress " etc etc is very helpful. I truly would never think to do that, Would that work? Actually I don't think it's a good idea to report the realtor for harrassment since that's about what I did to him to get the extension. I just didn't believe that they wouldn't go for it. I just have a real bad feeling…

I was wondering today if you could get a restraining order against the realtor for Harrassment/Bad Deal? You caould ask the Atty General that. Also is there any way to rescind the cash/keys deal. Ask here I am not sure. Lisa E. thought it was a good…

Hi Everyone,I'll take all the ideas you have. A miracle happened today. We have until the end of the Month (the 31st) of Jan instead of the 13th. Doesn't seem like much but is a hugh difference in our minds. That is a big weight off of our shoulders. Now if I may ask for advice this is the new deal: They will let us stay -- no $ (we don't care) but we have to sign a new CFK. Should we sign it or can they go back on the deal and use the one we signed under "duress" to be out by the 13th.I am…See More

Thank you -- glad to be here. I am very distraught. Afraid I lost all of my son's respect. My marriage I believe is quite solid. After all we have been through it would be difficult to leave each other.

Thank you also for the support from all of you. I have my crying moments but I am also so skeptical about anyone from now on. That is why I truly don't believe what the real estate has been saying. I have no reason to distrust him but he was at our home the day after the sale. It's all too wierd.

Also, thank you for just letting me vent -- it really helped.

My more immediate question is should I sign this 'CFK" which won't be a real one because there will be no cash or should I go with the theory that there will be some type of bait and switch again? That is something I really have to judge

While what we are going through is awlful we do know there are more people in more dire circumstances. I have heard about the Scott Anderson forged signature. Not sure how to go about getting the papers to prove. Not even sure how to reopen the sale and say I/we signed the CFK under duress. But I need to clear my head and get going. I only have 6 days left in my house -- maybe. I haven't given up yet.
