I was told about an attorney - he charged one woman $250 a month and a $500 one-time retainer fee.  The homeowner's case was dismissed.  I don't know if the attorney got lucky, but this is what I was told.  This is in Lee County, but the judges here, most of them, refuse, in most cases, to dismiss cases.  It stinks of corruption.
