Supporting, Informing & Connecting People in Foreclosure
Phred Maldonaldo said… From chat today it sounds like you have a perpetual losing attorney. Laws and court rules vary, but a Motion to Correct Errors doesn't sound like it belongs in a court of law anywhere. You need to look up the equivalent of Request for Statement of Decision, and look for your attorney to request a Motion for Reconsideration of the ruling on the Note with your Request for Statement of Decision on how judge determined the authenticity when he is not qualified forensics examiner and did not allow cross examination of him as a witness.
And request immediate accounting and refund of your retainer ASAP. Your attorney is a black h*** looking to suck as much money from you as possible.
