Received a call from Dignified Transition Solutions, affiliated with BOA. I'm somewhat suspicious about them since they're owned by ex BOA executives.

Really don't know where to go. I'm under foreclosure just over 3 years. BOA is the servicer & Wells Fargo MBS is (according to what they say) is the holder. I contested the first time on the foreclosure complaint and got a dismissal WO prejudice...since then, haven't heard anything. Don't know how long I have until we have to move out.
Attempted to mutually work out a solution (ie modification, payment plan) but bank won't nudge.
