It's a HUGE Birthday on national interest today. Today is the 98th birthday of the Federal Reserve Bank (aka The Fed). On 12/23/1913, when most of Washington, D.C. had gone home for the Christmas holiday, a quoram of Representatives and Senators favoring big governmemt passed the Federal Reserve Act creating the third national bank of the United States. NO, this site doesn't show any images. That is one of the bad things, you have to go in and buy a copy if you want to see anything. If it sounds like it might help someone, I'll go get it tomorrow and scan it in. It is 5 pages so I'd like to think there are some signatures on it.

Interestingly the 2d assignment only assign DOT:no mention anywhere to the NOTE...

Than on 1 pg of the"Note" a blank endorsement WAMU FA:Cynthia Riley-(send in as Proof Claim/Chptr 11)
