I bought jurisdictionary several years ago.  It might be fine if you don't live in GA.  I contacted them directly when we were in Federal Court, and had to get some info, and they told me that they don't recommend pro se litigants go to Federal Court.  Can't tell you what a disappointment that was after forking out $245...

I did apply for a mod. but they shot me down 3 different times.1 st. time lack of income,2 nd. time unemployment not acceptable as income,3 rd. time GMAC did not originate my loan.I mean basically we wre playing the great American game of pass the buck.So now I have a lawyer but before I retained her I tried to address this  through administation law or also known as common law.We will see where this all goes.It's really great to have people to talk to about this because there are a lot of people who simply don't get the magnitude of what is happening here.I will never give up as  this is not my first rodeo in regards to this issue.Any help that I can offer you or anybody else please feel free to ask.  Pam
