Also, do you know anyone who resides in Lee County, Florida?
The courts can only be fought (indeed you are not fighting the banks but the corrupt judges and those who believe otherwise have already lost their battle) by demanding that strict evidence rules be observed. If evidence rules were followed, the legal system (foreclosures) would come to a cold halt.
