I also sent them a negative averment, and billed them 3 times for the money since they ignored all my communication. All my communication was registered or certified, so I know they got it. I also sent them an IPN for the estimated amount. They never responded in any way. They did proceed with the foreclosurer and stole my home. I have recently found ROBO signers involved also.
