- AP is a hearing within your BK hearing. It can be use to force a creditor to provide proof of claim. I know a BK attorney in San Diego County who is experienced with AP. I understand that he has used it in Bk court in San Diego, Orange and Alameda Counties. If you'd like his contact info, email me at my personal email.

Your more immediate problem sounds like your BK attorney. Does he/sh know how to do an Adversary Procedure w/i your BK?
