Hi Linda, thank you so much for responding.  Im really not sure how you can help at this point, except tht I have contact both the California and Florida offices of Mr. Barnes only to be ignored again.  Just the way it's been going for me.  Your case is intriguing, by that I mean that I've not seen it yet where Plaintiffs have been named individually in a multi-state suit.  This is the type of case I was hoping to coordinate here in MI but without success.

I contacted the office in hopes to be added as a PLaintiff to the suit since my case directly relates to a WAMU foreclosure (purported, of course).  I would really love to know how your case is progressing as it moves forward.  If this is too much to ask, I understand.  I don't want to be a thorn in anyone's ass, I just want justice like everyone else and I truely believe that its going to take some serious educating and kicking butt to get us there.

By the way, I never expected to find you here on Hamlett.  Your case made you very famous :)

Linda that is actually an email verification from my Swedish lawyer friend Rich Holt who is the first person to conact me re: Cynthia Riley becasue he was representing a foreign company that was sued for a mortgage default by WAMU case had been pending since 2003 & Ms. Riley "assigned" the PN o.b.o. "Washington Mutual, F.A." Well WAMU, FA became "WAMU" on 4/5/2005 so Rich is the one that put this piece of the Riley puzzle together. Hi company has "tunnels from local offices to Swedish head office " so the emails tell you that you get went through his cumpany's server-I thik I got that correct not a computer expert though.
