Have used secinfo.com, no help there.
Tried Standard and Poores, again no luck
Moody, no luck
Anyone know hold to track these trust? Are they open or closed?

Question that we need to ask: Why was 49.6% of Foreclosure Sales Canceled in PB County?

The sale schedule for Nov. 1, 2010 through Nov. 5, 2010 listed 641 homes for sale online in Palm Beach County, however, prior to sale time 318 home sales where canceled per Court Order.
Questions:
1. why have so many home sales been canceled?
2. what is in the plaintiff's motion to cancel sale and re-open these cases?
(plaintiff's attorney has to file a motion to cancel sale and re-open case, then have the Court grant…
