Chase refuses to provide discovery documents ordered by the court

2 days prior to the deadline to produce several title related documents, Chase's attorney sends my attorney a letter stating that the item we requested were beyond the scope of our petition and that we should just turn over the house. LOL

We filled a motion to compel, and were in court yesterday. The judge agreed that Chase should have to produce the documents related to title. They have 60 days to get it to us for review, then two weeks later we go back to court to review…

Update on our case.

Chase's attorney spoke to our attorney before our case was called and told him that chase was looking into wether or not we qualify for the AG settlement. When our case was called, the judge said "oh yes, I was reading this file. I have never seen a bank attempt to void an endorsement, I am very interested to see what the defendants explanation for this is". Hello all,

We have a hearing this thursday (4/12/2012) at the Clark County Courthouse at 9am.

We have been fighting Jp Morgan Chase for three years trying to get a loan modification. There is a broken chain of title and at our last mediation Chase provided fraudulent documents attempting to void out the original endorsements.

The lengths JP Morgan Chase will go to to steal my home amazes me.

Went to mediation on Friday. CHASE was represented by an attorney from Tiffany & Bosco. To satisfy the Nevada requirement of bring certification of original note, deed, assignments, and endorsements they have now decided to VOID the original endorsement from the original lender First Magnus and the Wamu endorsement showing that washington mutual endorsed our note to a MBS trust (name of trust illegible).
