I have just recently found the loan servicing pool my mortgage went to. Now that I have located it, I have found multiple law suits pending from homeowners who's mortgages are also part of the same trust.
My current finances dictate that I fight foreclosure on my own (Pro Se) but I am overwhelmed as to what to do next.
