I have now reviewed 61 Reconveyances/Substitution of Trustee documents allegedly signed by Crystal Moore, Mary McGowan, and others.  The signatures are ALL PASTED and are therefore fraudulent.

Thanks for the msg. and invite for Sat. I live in the Seattle area. Do you know of any protests planned for the State AG office or ?? Sure like to see some pressure put on our politicians regarding the AG settlement being negotiated now.

I recommend you protest in front of HUDS Regional Office in Seattle, wa. as well as bof a

they are downtown. the regional manager is diane.nelson@hud.gov. if you write patty murray and maria cantwell us senators things may turn in your favor.

 I highly doubt they will know how to handle a protest at their front steps and in their office.

believe me this law is very powerful and has teeth.

I added you as friend per your request.  Just for the record, I filed a five page complaint with the AG in Wash State well over a year ago with Mr Huey as well as the DFI in Olympia. I even talked to mr huey the asst ag and his principal investigator jan simons. all of these people are just looking the other way and forebearing and not trying to help any of us. they allegedly are cutting deals with wells fargo and other banks to help them apparently to get off the hook like the countrywide deal that resulted in no homeowner getting any relief.

there has been one case in federal court in washington state in tacoma, wa. by ari brown attorney that works for hagman and berman now where the homeowners were given all their payments back by the court order on their predatory fraudulent loans. that case was styled homeowners vs. novastar.  that case came from thousands of complaints against NOVASTAR.

to date other than OHIO no mortgage servicer has been prosecuted by any AG in the USA in the last 40 years from the info that I have.

so I have no faith in the AG or DFI Mr Forrester at all.

I caught my lender servicer redhanded doing alleged interstate fraud and racketeering.

because my loan was originated in portland and close in washington, the oregon atty general took jurisdiction over my case and found that laws were broken in oregon when the loan was orginated. 

THE COMPTROLLER OF THE Currency of the u.s treasury dept could stop all of this in a heartbeat under their regulation 30 OCC U.S. Treasury Dept rules and federal laws . but they just look the other way. M yguess is that between the OCC treasury and other federal agencies and the 50 atty generals. there are over 1,000,000 complaints for fraud and racketeering against these banks and lenders. NO ONE IS YELLING ABOUT IT. I complained to Gov GREGOIRE as well
