Well today is the day I file bankruptcy...Thanks so much M&T!
They served us with foreclosure papers a few days ago--the mortgage is now 8 months past due--thanks to their screw ups and refusal to take money--so now I get to file bankruptcy to get them off my back. I hate them so much!!!
I know my husband's exwife is involved in this some how...I can't prove it right now but I know it in my heart. She should never have been involved in originating this mortgage, yet…
