JE, I saw you have access to Bloomberg.  I spent hours on the SEC sites looking for my Long Beach loan dated 9-14-05  and couldn't find it although I found thousands of other ones.  I searched by loan number (there are at least 2 different numbers-not the cusip).  I also just used the browser search function to lookup my city and/or zip code.    I went to the NYC Business & Science library and got on bloomberg there.  I'm a former trader so I know the mortgage functions pretty well but couldn't find it.  I spoke with a bloomberg tech specialist and he couldn't find the function either.  Are you using an extra / outside Bloomberg vendor (premium add-on)?    Regardless, I know that the P&A agreement that JPM has with them stating they are the "successor" is full of holes anyway.  I just want to find it anyway.   I have a 2nd  loan with WAMU in 9-2007 that I also can't find.  Can you direct me to the bloomberg function that you are using?  THank you in advance. I haven't got a sell date but this will be the second time Bank of America has tried foreclosing on me. The difference this time is Bank of America transferred the loan to Fannie Mae or Fannie Mae has had their hands in it the page the whole time.  I sent a QWR certified mail and a request my Note certified to the agent at Fannie Mae. On the notice I received it states:  Fannie Mae is now the owner of this property.  So now what? A quiet title action?  Plus just received Class Action Claim to file against Washington Mutual Inc. and just received consumer complaint form against Countrywide with a settlement to evaluate if I'm eligible?  JE I hope you've had a chance to go over my messages. Thank you so kindly, for a offer I can refuse.  I've been told I have a bookcase situation. Countrywide, Mers, Lost signature, Bank of America for the last 2 years but before that, Chase, WaMu, Citibank and of course Countrywide. This is the second time my property will have been in foreclosure. First time I Filed bankruptcy to stop foreclosure. Now 3 months later a agent from Fannie Mae (Results Realty & Mortgage Company) hands my daughter a notice. He's only managing the property for Fannie Mae... Now how did they get into the picture? On the notice it reads, 

Important notice to Occupants, This property is now owned by Fannie Mae.  (8-1-11)  The notice goes on, Option1: am I renting this property  Option 2: relocate with assistance Next Step call agent with in 10 Days to let them know if I wish to pursue either option.  So what I did is prepare a QWR and a request my Note. I sent both certified mail on the 10th Day to the Fannie Mae agent.  Okay there you have it and today is 8-14-11... oh and I contacted the Attorney General state of Ca. Just received a customer complaint form from the Attorney General along with a Countrywide Settlement for me to go over to determine if I meet certain criteria. Then there's the quiet title action witch I should do right now today because there's question as to who my lender is and that's unsettling... Isn't that why the quiet title action was created?  I haven't heard back from the agent who works for Fannie Mae.  What's my next move and have I done okay?  I'm so tired and stressed.  my sincere thanks...
