People in Georgia are getting eaten alive by this Foreclosure Mill... Foreclosure by the thousands assignments to MERS..., Any attorney help against this firm in Georgia or out "Pro Hac Vice", class action against JP Morgan Chase and any information that can be documented and used in court on Margaret Dalton would be greatly appreciated.

I have been fighting tooth and nail for 3 years now. The attorney's for the servicing company took it out of state court and put it in federal court. Small, hick-town judge here......ruled for them, then changed his mind and ruled for us, then ruled for them again and totally was an abomination of the laws, now awaiting on decision from the motion for reconsideration. At least you got a discovery part in your suit. We have asked from the very beginning and got nothing.
