My Name is Dana and I have battled Hsbc for the past 4 years and recently they Foreclosed, I live in Virginia so I had little of no recourse. We talked to several different Attorneys all who told me,"YES" They Committed fraud but chances are you will loose so just file BKY and hope they work with you".
