I would like to know when the main stream media will start demanding what homeowners are demanding.  When will people start going to jail,  if anyone of us on this site did even a smidge of what these bankster have done we would have been in jail.  How does this happen.  It leaves one to question just how much the government and banks are in bed together

Please see my blog here as it has motions to the court in effort to save my home explaining all.  I lost even though I was RWA to pay all in full.

It is evident and obvious that the "industry practice" by all was to give loans designed to fail which were back stopped by GSE's then to forceclose collecting on insurance and CDS's and reselling property to the next sucker.

In my situation there is more fraud as the head of the forceclosure mill David Trott, also has interest in other foreclosure default related firms (Dolan Media, NDeX, APC) finding undue enrichment from foreclosure rather than mod or redemption.  This is definite conflict of interest.  Then, filing false paperworks is felony uttering and publishing as well as wire fraud.  When I complained I was put in jail by Trott !

As I am currently in Riyadh, KSA, please feel free to contact me by e mail and I will be happy to phone you for more detail.

Best regards,

Darrell A. Kanka

Catherine, I have a similar situation as Michele and would love to speak with you about it.  I have already had several stories published about my situation, I will e-mail you the links privately to these stories.  Thanks!

Hi Catherine

My name is Michele and I live in fl. In 2006 my husband and I bought our home, we were put into a loan that was terrible. The broker coached us on what to put on the application so that we could qualify for the loan. He then told us there would only be a certain amount of fees and that the loan was fixed. when we received the closing package and I saw WE because he overnighted the documents to us, told us to just find a notary which we did out of the yellow pages and we did, the loan he put us in was 1st that was an interest only , arm at 9 % . The 2nd is a ballon , interest only with a rate of 11%. We signed the papers because of course we were told we could refinance everything with no problem down the road. So after we signed the documents we just put it all back in the envelope and overnighted the documents back to the broker. WE never even received a copy from anyone of the closing docs. So now we are in 2011 we have been hit with finanical hardships and have been trying to modify with Bank of america, after they were taken over by countrywide. Since we have been going thru all this I have requested copies of our documents but BOA does not seem to have them, we are also included in the MERS issue which is on the mortgage, the only document I have been to see with our county clerk of court. So now we are in limbo, I feel that we are absolute victims of predatory lending and fraud. Trying to see the steps we can take ourselves to go after BOA, while also searching for an attorney who would want to help us in our case.

thanks
