I am a new memberTo the group. At one time I had a million $500,000 worth of property.  However it came about, through financial reversals of various types I wound up unable to pay the mortgages and consequently was being sued right and left for foreclosure and default.  Before all was lost and all rights were lost to do anything about it, I began to learn by trial and error  how to oppose the bank on points of fact regarding the bank loan and the loan documents they really have no valid defense for.

But we have finally come to realize the Court systems we are being sued in don't care anything about justice but are under the power and control of the banking industry and further are probably not de jure constitutional common law courts of states of the republic  directly created through the sovereign electors on the land, on that state of the republic  where parties have unalienable rights, but  rather are likely administratively, statutorily or corporately created entities of admiralty maritime that ultimately do not have jurisdiction over sovereign born citizens domiciled on the land or to execute laws of that jurisdiction.
