Independent Foreclosure Review Settlement

The website says 'All eligible borrowers of the participating servicers will receive compensation under the settlement, regardless of whether a borrower submitted a request for review form. Drilled door lock

It didn't happen to me, but my neighbors two doors down from my home. A family of 4, two of whom are girls 8-11, came home to find someone tried to enter their home. They have a burglar system.

The police came and the wife and I talked to our neighbors. Another neighbor said a man with a white truck had been parked in the driveway, and a different neighbor who came along later said they spoke to him, said for him to skidaddle. The police said he had never seen a house break-in…

Another round with Citimortgage

It is seven months since I defeated CM's MSJ. Not much happened for a few months, I filed a motion to strike their Affidavit of Lost Assignment. They finally got around to answering my affirmative defense(The suit started in 2009. Speed isn't the strong suit of The Law Offices of Daniel Consuegra) and I replied back. Lastly a court hearing was scheduled for yesterday in Palm Beach County in regards to the Motion to Strike.

Unduly burdensome

I'm defending the foreclosure against me Pro Se. Citimortgage filed suit against me in May 2009.

Some time ago I sent CM interrogatories and they finally sent me replies today. To my 24 questions, the answer was almost always Plaintiff Objects to request in Paragraph (Fill in the number) on the grounds that the request is unduly burdensome.
