Citimortgage had me in court this morning for a summary judgment hearing. I'm continuing to defend pro se. The wife came with me to the courthouse and I hired a court reporter. The attorney today was a different one than the one for my earlier hearings.(Joe Lopatka. He was there too today but not for my case.) This woman was not prepared. Missing the payment history, and the blank sheet where the signs her order. She was dismissive too of my defenses today. Affidavit of Lost Assignment

This is my first blog post. I live in South Florida.A request of mine for the mortgage company to produce the note instead got me a affidavit of lost assignment. Citimortgage is claiming they lost the assignment.I'm going to visit the courthouse tomorrow(I've been there one other time) and check what is there.Also note the affidavit I received from Citimortgage's attorney was1- Incomplete becausea- It ended in mid-sentenceb- Had no explanation of why the assignment was lostc- Wasn't signed or…See More

Unduly burdensome

I'm defending the foreclosure against me Pro Se. Citimortgage filed suit against me in May 2009.



Some time ago I sent CM interrogatories and they finally sent me replies today. To my 24 questions, the answer was almost always Plaintiff Objects to request in Paragraph (Fill in the number) on the grounds that the request is unduly burdensome.

Affidavit of Lost Assignment

This is my first blog post. I live in South Florida.



A request of mine for the mortgage company to produce the note instead got me a affidavit of lost assignment. Citimortgage is claiming they lost the assignment.



I'm going to visit the courthouse tomorrow(I've been there one other time) and check what is there.
