Also, who were the signers on your other documents, in case we have the same: for example, my nod had emilee pearce, and her's looks like it was done by an electronic machine or a stamp that had faded. It had marco marquez, and that looked electronically done also. My assignment had a blank space for the signer's name. And watch out for the substitution of deed of trust; it must be signed by over 50% of the TRUE beneficiaries/lenders, and a separate declaration filed with it.
