I have Amy McQueen as the notary with Jeffrey Gideon signing. I don't know if her signature is right (more likely to be, since RCS is a smaller company than Chase or Wells) Assignment%20filing.pdf Here it is. I hope it helps.

I'm still in the fight. I'm so sorry to hear they got you and you have to claw your way back. In New York there's a lawyer Steven Baum who just lost his business; he was suing me (you'll see his stamp on the assignment). We're in discovery now; I wonder what the judge will say when he sees this assignment from a bank that was out of business when the assignment was made and Gideon is signing as a rep of MERS when he's actually a VP of RCS...think that will be fun.

Check with that particular states Secretary of States notary division and ask how they go about verifying a signature. Good luck!

My family and I have been evicted. Working on gathering more evidance against the Banks that Foreclosed.This whole thing is a mess. At a point where we need an attorney, but can't afford one. Of course the Banks know most of us can't afford to hire a lawyer. Have a long hard fight in front of us!
