This is the one recorded 30 days after f/c filing, notarized by Amber Cowan (who apparently doesn't date the documents she stamps). Jill Rein is also the managing atty for Pierce & Associates, PC, (the plaintiff's attny), AND she is a member of the IL Mortgage Bankers Association.

The affidavit is titled "Assignment of Mortgage" but purports to assign the mortgage, note, and premises to Wells Fargo 5 years after the lender sold the loan to a securitizer.
